Luca Kielhauser
I was born in 2003 in Austria with a condition called Osteogenesis Imperfecta (commonly known as brittle bone disease), which means I use a wheelchair. This is one of the main reasons why inclusion and accessibility are so important to me. As long as I can remember, I’ve been a determined, ambitious, and solution-oriented person. These qualities – and certainly a bit of luck – have made it possible for me to pursue my absolute dream job full-time since February 2024: TV football commentator. To my knowledge, I’m probably the first wheelchair user to have this opportunity. You can read more about my exciting journey on my website: www.kielhauser-journalismus.at. Besides my passion for sports, I’ve been determined since childhood to contribute to a more inclusive, accessible world. That’s also why I co-founded AccessHub with my very good friend, Fabian Kiss.
Fabian Kiss
I was born in 2002 in Graz, Austria. Since my childhood, aviation has been my greatest passion. When I was eleven, I went on a trip to Graz-Thalerhof Airport with my father. That beautiful spring day left a lasting impression on me, as two Boeing 747 planes landed while I was standing on the runway – a rare sight at this relatively small airport. Ever since, my fascination with aviation has been fully captured. This is also why I began studying aviation in 2023.
Another life-shaping moment took place during my school years when I had the chance to meet Luca Kielhauser, a very close friend of mine. His positive outlook on life made it clear to me early on that a disability is not automatically something negative. However, through him, I also saw that people with disabilities often face many unnecessary challenges. To change that, I co-founded AccessHub with Luca Kielhauser.
