he Netti Dynamic AdaptPro is a dynamic comfort wheelchair designed for users with complex postural challenges, involuntary movements, or spasticity. It builds on the AdaptPro platform but adds dynamic seat, backrest, and leg support functions that actively respond to and support the user’s movements. The dynamic seating system adapts to motion to minimize shear forces, prevent sliding, and improve pressure distribution—factors that are especially important for prolonged sitting and pressure ulcer prevention.
The chair features a patented frame and wheelbase design, in which the wheelbase automatically extends when the wheelchair is tilted. This provides a rare combination of high stability while maintaining good maneuverability, even at a full tilt of up to 30°.
The seat plate has been specially redesigned to reduce pressure under the sit bones, resulting in up to 20 % lower peak pressure compared to conventional rigid seat plates, according to internal measurements. The perforated surface also allows for ventilation and reduced moisture, promoting a more favorable microclimate.
Configuration options include dynamic backrest and seat units, dynamic leg supports, optional headrests, and a wide range of accessories. Flip-back armrests facilitate transfers and close interaction between user and caregiver.
