Description
The Netti AdaptPro is a modular comfort wheelchair from the Netti family, designed for long, safe, and ergonomically correct sitting. It stands out with a patented seat plate and frame design, which tests have shown can reduce peak pressure values by up to 20%—an important factor for pressure relief in the seating area and for pressure ulcer prevention.
The system is designed for everyday indoor use but can also be used outdoors on smooth, level surfaces. The patented frame automatically extends the wheelbase from 375 mm to 465 mm when tilting, creating a rare combination of stability and maneuverability.
It offers 30° seat tilt and 87° to 133° backrest angle adjustments, allowing users to precisely change their seating position—a benefit for comfort, pressure relief, and activities of daily living (ADL).
The armrests are bio-dynamically designed and adapt to changes in seat angle. Clearly readable scales and intuitive one-hand adjustment handles for backrest and seat angles assist caregivers in making effortless adjustments.
Optional accessories (e.g., foot boxes, amputation leg supports) complement the solution for users with complex needs. Overall, the AdaptPro offers highly customizable positioning and ergonomic support, where conventional standard wheelchairs reach their limits.
