Description

The LOGIC is a custom-made adaptive and active wheelchair by molab, specifically designed for children and adolescents, while also being suitable for older youths with larger body dimensions. It combines a high degree of design flexibility, modular frame geometries, and a wide range of seating and backrest options with a fully individualized custom-built solution. Each LOGIC wheelchair is handcrafted according to the user’s measurements and requirements, clearly distinguishing it from standard active wheelchairs.

The wheelchair concept is based on a modular rigid-frame chassis made from high-quality aluminum alloys (Alu 7020 and Alu 7075), which can be combined with carbon components if required. This allows the LOGIC to be configured from a robust everyday wheelchair to an ultra-lightweight version, with a ready-to-use weight starting at approximately 5.5 kg.

A wide range of additional features can also be implemented, including hydraulic disc brakes with parking function, outdoor wheels for beach or rough terrain use, removable footrests, one-hand drive and braking systems, tracking stabilization, custom-made therapeutic components, and accessories such as rain and sun canopies, as well as drive and trailer solutions.

Compared to many series-produced active wheelchairs, the LOGIC offers:

  • a fully customized fit,

  • grow-adjustable seating geometries (seat depth, backrest height, lower leg length),

  • highly configurable frame designs,

  • and a wide range of individual and therapeutic options.

These features make the LOGIC particularly suitable for children and adolescents with specific orthopedic or neurological needs that cannot be adequately addressed by standard wheelchair models.

The price stated above represents the base price of this product.
