Description
The Lipo Lomo Pico is an electric wheelchair towing device (front attachment drive) that transforms a manual wheelchair into a motorised three-wheeled system. It is attached to the wheelchair via a universal clamping system and lifts the front caster wheels, significantly improving outdoor driving performance.
The system is designed for flexible everyday use and travel. Thanks to its compact design and foldable handles, the Lipo Lomo Pico can be transported in a space-saving way, making it particularly suitable for mobile users. Its coupling mechanism allows quick attachment and detachment, enabling the wheelchair to be used with or without the towing device.
The device is powered by a hub motor in combination with a lithium-ion battery that provides electric assistance. Depending on the configuration, the system is available with different wheel sizes (8 or 12 inches). An integrated reverse function makes manoeuvring easier in tight spaces such as public transport or city centres.
A key highlight is its travel-friendly design: the battery is approved for air travel and, depending on configuration, can also be carried as hand luggage. This makes the system particularly attractive for active users who travel frequently and want to extend their mobility in a flexible way.
