FreedomChair A06L – The Comfortable One
Description
The FreedomChair A06L is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The large rear wheels handle uneven terrain with ease. Compared to the FreedomChair A08L, the A06L has a shorter wheelbase, making it more maneuverable and thus ideal for moving around at home. An adjustable backrest is available as an option.
The A06L has a seat width of 44 cm and a seat depth of 43 cm. The 8-inch front wheels are equipped with PU tires, while the 12-inch rear wheels are available with either PU or pneumatic tires. The FreedomChair A06L can reach a speed of up to 6 km/h and has a maximum climbing ability of 25%.

The target group for the FreedomChair is vast. Typically, it includes people with mobility impairments who want to maintain or regain their quality of life and independence. Another important group is MS patients, whose mobility and endurance often vary due to their condition — better on some days, less so on others.
People with multiple disabilities or spinal cord injuries usually do not belong to our main target group. However, we do have customers from this segment who purchase a FreedomChair as a second or even third device for outings, vacations, or travel to stay mobile.
