Yes, AccessHub is free for users. Companies typically pay a fee to publish their products and for advertisements.
What are the benefits of free registration as a user?
With a free registration, users can bookmark products with likes and find them again under the "Favorites" section in their profile. They can also rate products using a simple star rating system.
To share experiences, users can comment on products and reply to others' comments.
If users want to connect with other visitors or vendors, they can do so via private direct messages. Additionally, registered users can follow vendors and save companies that offer interesting products for them.

How is the homepage structured?
The homepage of AccessHub consists of several sections. At the top, in the starting fields, you’ll find the top products from the four main categories, carefully selected by the AccessHub team.
Next, there is the "Top Innovations" section, where products with exceptional inventiveness and future-oriented design are highlighted. These products are marked with a blue frame throughout the site and can be found directly below the starting fields on the homepage. The AccessHub team editorially selects the "Top Innovations."
In the "Newest Products" section, users will find the latest products added to the website. Every product is listed once here, so users always have the most up-to-date offerings at a glance.
What do tags like ‘Top Innovation’ and other icons on products mean?
"Top Innovations" are products that represent exceptional creativity and future-orientation. These products are highlighted with a blue frame throughout the site and can be found just below the starting fields on the AccessHub homepage. The selection of "Top Innovations" is made editorially by the AccessHub team.
The number next to the eye icon shows how many times a product has been clicked.
Why can't products be purchased directly through AccessHub?
This is because many assistive devices need to be customized for the individual. As a result, customers need to contact the company or retailer directly. However, we offer users the ability to connect directly with providers through the chat function, email, or other contact options.

How do I list my company on AccessHub?
- Sign up on AccessHub and select the "Provider" option if you want to sign up directly as a business.
- Once approved , you can add products and manage your business profile.
How do I convert my account to a provider account?
If you first registered as a user , you can convert your account to a provider account :
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click Become a Provider in the side menu.
- Fill out the form with your company details and send it in for review.
- AccessHub will check your information and approve the switch after successful verification.
- Once your account has been approved, you can upload products and manage your profile.
How do I add a product?
Variant 1
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click Add product.
- Select a category and enter the product information.
- Upload pictures and videos and save the entry.
- After review, your product will be published.
Variant 2
- Click the "Add Product" button in the menu bar.
Can I update my assortment later?
To do this, go to your Products dashboard > and select the product you want to edit.
